License & Access
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Rainbow Secure’s services based on the plan you purchase. Licenses are tied to users/sites and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared outside your organization.
Fair Use Policy
You agree to use our platform in good faith. Abuse of features such as excessive API calls, deliberate attack simulations, or unauthorized access attempts may result in service restriction or termination.
Payment Terms
All payments are due in advance as per your plan (monthly/yearly). Late payments may result in temporary service suspension. Rainbow Secure reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
Support Coverage
Standard Support: Email support with a 24–48 hour response time.
Premium Support: 24/7 access through a dedicated support portal.
Support includes assistance with configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution based on your active plan.
Data Privacy

Compliance
While Rainbow Secure provides tools to support your compliance (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR), it is your responsibility to ensure correct implementation. Rainbow Secure does not guarantee compliance unless under a signed compliance services agreement.
Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Unplanned outages due to force majeure or third-party failure may occur and are not subject to SLA.
Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles. Rainbow Secure reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this policy or non-payment.
Updates & Changes
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. You will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the services after changes implies acceptance.
